Get Started: Kinotek Tablet
Kinotek Tablet lets you run Movement Health screenings from an iPad or Android tablet - no camera setup, cords, or dedicated space required. This guide walks you through getting set up, positioning the tablet correctly, and running an accurate screening.
Create Kinotek Pro Account
Visit www.kinotek.app
Click "Create professional account" under the Sign In button.
Enter the email address that you would like to sign up with.
Click "Send verification code."
In a separate tab or window, navigate to your email and retrieve the 6-digit verification code sent from Microsoft. You may need to check your Spam folder.
Go back to the Kinotek site and enter the verification code into the corresponding field.
Click "Verify Code."
Enter the password you would like to use in the "New Password" field.
Confirm this password by typing it again in the "Confirm New Password" field.
Enter the name you would like displayed on your account in the "Display Name" field.
Enter your “First Name” and “Last Name” in the corresponding fields.
Click "Create."

Ready Your Tablet
Before your first screening, take a few minutes to confirm your tablet is set up correctly. This ensures accurate results and a smooth screening experience.
Update Your Software
Make sure your tablet is running the latest operating system version.
- Apple: Settings → General → Software Update
- Android: Settings → Software Update
Use Google Chrome
Kinotek is optimized for Google Chrome. For the best experience, use Chrome rather than another browser.
Enable Camera & Motion Permissions
1. Open http://www.kinotek.app in Chrome
2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
3. Select Settings → Site Settings
4. Confirm:
- Camera is set to Allowed
- Motion & Orientation is set to Allowed
