FAQ
Screening Tips
Follow movement instructions in camera manager.
Have clients stand in an athletic position with knees slightly bent (i.e. not hyper-extended).
Clients should move in a controlled manner, pausing briefly at their maximum range of motion for each movement.
Advise clients to wear light colored, fitted clothing. Tuck in baggy clothing, roll up sleeves/pant legs for greater joint visibility, if needed.
Best environment is a blank wall behind the subject
Prep your subject to move by counting "3, 2, 1, Go" for each movement.
Only capture one movement per recording (e.g. don’t have client squat multiple times).
Things to Avoid
Screening in front of reflective surfaces (e.g. mirrors) or windows/bright sunlight
Screening while other people are in frame
Screening in front of low contrast or dark backgrounds
Baggy clothing (white and tight is best)
Black medical masks
Black footwear
Large heeled shoes
