Screening Tips
For the optimal client experience, we suggest that you follow these recommendations.
Recording Tips
- Follow movement instructions in camera manager. 
- Best environment is a blank wall behind the subject. 
- Shoes are permissible. If worn, stay consistent on future screens. 
- Prep your subject to move by counting "3, 2, 1, Go" for each movement. 
- Thoracolumbar-Flexion: Subject must stand at a 45° angle to the camera with hands on hips. 
- Lunge L/R: Subject must stand at a 60° angle to the camera. The lunging leg must be furthest from the camera. 
Things to Avoid
- Baggy clothing (white and tight is best) 
- Black medical masks 
- Black socks 
- Large heeled shoes 
- Long, heavy beards 
- Windows in background
